NordiQ Group has on July 11th 2017 acquired all shares in Gnotec Habo and Gnotec Motala from Gnotec AB. NordiQ Group is a management owned Scandinavian company with a turnover of 200 MSEK and 130 employees in its two plants in Habo and Motala in Sweden.
The intention with the acquisition is to build a strong group of companies serving leading Automotive and Industrial customers with advanced sheet metal components. The management structure and customer contacts are unchanged.
